We strive to provide reliable and consistent services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment including insurance coverage, Medicare, and private pay. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property rights in and to our services are owned by The Integrity Company or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Diego County, California.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
