4. Communication and Text Message Reminders

By using our services, you consent to receive text messages from The Integrity Company regarding your appointments, service reminders, and important updates. These communications may include:

  • Service scheduling updates
  • Transportation pickup notifications
  • Important service-related information
  • Emergency notifications when necessary

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or by contacting us directly. However, opting out may affect our ability to provide timely service updates and reminders.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and consistent services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare providers with questions you may have regarding medical conditions. In case of emergency, call 911 immediately.

7. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various forms of payment including insurance coverage, Medicare, and private pay. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.

8. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled services. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and health information. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Integrity Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Integrity Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Diego County, California.
